LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

Outpost Nosara is centrally located in the J section of Playa Guiones just 800 feet from Nosara’s main surf break. Through decades of conscious growth, Nosara boasts an exceptional lifestyle created by a unique blend of engaged locals, conscious-living professionals and adventurous families.

Outpost Nosara offers a variety of fully furnished office and work spaces designed to accommodate the needs of unique members.

PRIVATE SUITES

The suites are the largest individual offices that can comfortably host guests or coworkers. Each suite has an adjustable desk, ergonomic chair and jungle view daybed, as well as a private outdoor courtyard.

PRIVATE OFFICES

Private offices are designed for one person with the ability to host occasional guests. Each office has an adjustable desk, ergonomic chair and a jungle view daybed.

PRIVATE DESK

An enclosed, generously sized shared office space with six locked private desks and break lounge.

TEAM OFFICE

A large communal office that accommodates up to 6 people working together.

MEETING & EVENT ROOMS

A choice between indoor and outdoor conference rooms that accommodate 8-10 people. Conduct a meeting or host a private event. Rooms come equipped with monitors, projection screens and catering space.

LIBRARY

A communal area with shared table seating, as well as private phone booths to briefly work when a quiet space is all you need.

SURF CLUB

Taking advantage of its prime location, the surf club component allows members to store their surfboard, shower and be ready for their next activity.

COURTYARD

Connect with nature while reading a book or relaxing in the tropically vegetated oasis located in the center of the property.

ROOFTOP

Located above the cafe, our roof top allows members to relax in the canopy of trees or comfortably work while hearing the sound of the waves.

SPEAKEASY

The perfect post-sunset cocktail lounge for an upgraded membership fee is an exclusive area to unwind after a playfully productive day.

Our 24-hour software-enabled access allows members to start or end their work days at their convenience.

TECHNOLOGY

Fast, reliable and secure internet for all members is the priority. Podcast studio, printing and other work accessories are available.

SANITATION

Cleanliness is a top priority. On-site housekeeping is included in each office rental, as well as regular cleaning of all common areas.

SECURITY

With 24-hour security, onsite management and safes in every office, our member’s belongings are secure and protected.
